The recipe for this blend is taken from the book ‘Let’s Return to Medicinal Herbs’ by Father Czesław Klimuszko. The author listed these herbs as being useful for kidney stones. The name of the blend used in the book is ‘Uric Stone Blend’.
Klimuszko most often recommended drinking herbs over an extended period. After one month of use, he advised taking a one-week break, then continuing for another month, followed by a two-week break, and then repeating for another month. Klimuszko recommended steeping the herbs for up to 3 hours, then straining, gently reheating, and drinking them warm.
