Liver 170 g

Soak for the night 2 tablespoons of the herbs (around 8 g) in 500 ml pot of water. In the morning gently boil it for 10 minutes. Let it to cool off and sieve it. Drink twice a day a glass of this infusion 30 minutes before meals. We recommend application in this way: 10 days of applying, 10 days of break and 10 days of applying again.

Some herbs may taste bitter. If that feels too strong, you can dilute, or add honey and lemon (best when the infusion has cooled). With regular use, the taste usually becomes easier, and these herbs support healthy digestion and cleansing.
