Drink 3 times a day a glass of the herbal infusion. Each portion should be perpared with a heaping tablespoon of herbs poured with boiling water and brewed under cover for at least 30 minutes.

Klimuszko generally recommended taking the herbs for an extended period. After one month of use, he advised a one-week break, then another month of drinking the herbs, followed by a two-week break and a further month of use. He suggested steeping the herbs for up to three hours, then straining, gently reheating and drinking the infusion warm.
